About 10 years ago I had a full-face fat grafting procedure. Now, except for the hollow cheeks and the lower jawline, almost everything has been absorbed. He was someone who had worked at Mi Hospital, and I went there myself because they were said to be famous for fat grafting. I had lost weight rapidly, so the hollowing in my cheeks was severe, and the area below my lips and jawline was uneven, so I wanted a V-line and a fuller forehead, which is why I had a full-face procedure and even a second round. At first it was extremely puffy, so I worried, but after about a month most of the first round had gone and there was almost no sign of it, so I had the second round. With the second round, the graft survival rate did show up, so even though some of the cheeks and lower jaw absorbed, the line has stayed natural and soft. My forehead was said to fade because I use my forehead muscles a lot, and now it has mostly faded and there is hardly any sign of it, with just a slightly uneven surface. It doesn't seem like they overfilled it, because if fat grafting is done badly, some people say the front cheeks and jawline sag after it lasts a long time, but I had none of that. I still think about the forehead sometimes because I wish it were a bit better, but I live with it satisfied at this level since too much is as bad as too little
