First of all, the consultation manager pushed unnecessary things a lot. I clearly said I only wanted canthoplasty, but she kept saying things like I should get a forehead lift or a nose job... She didn't even hand me off properly to the doctor, and she pushed me to make a reservation too... They said it was a simple surgery, but it really wasn't simple at all, and having surgery without even a doctor consultation is still my deepest regret to this day... The staff were really kind, but in many ways it was just bad.
