I was able to get my consultation 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time. I even thought about just leaving halfway through. The director who consulted with me wasn't as kind as the other reviews said. Since this was a revision surgery, they pressured me to get it done and leave right away today, so I got scared and left...
