The consultation manager was incredibly rude, to the point that it was shocking. They pushed procedures I never even asked about... The doctor was trying to determine my double-eyelid line, but only checked the right side and didn’t even look at the left side at all while talking to me (one eye could be different from the other, you know), so I was really taken aback.
