The director was a bit unfriendly and seemed to speak in a somewhat vague way, like I should decide everything on my own. The surgeon also seemed too blunt, and his way of speaking was a bit harsh. I do trust them to some extent, but the lack of friendliness feels pretty severe. I went because of the reviews and because it looked pretty, but I get the feeling I won't get the eyes I want.
