On a first visit, this is a hospital where they proceed with the coordinator without a consultation with the doctor, and there is a flow that can lead straight to same-day surgery, so it can be a little surprising. Of course, doing it that way is convenient for patients who are wavering and helps them make up their minds, but... it doesn't feel patient-centered Still, the expected surgical method and the consultation content itself are fine.
