First surgery: non-incisional ptosis correction and upper canthoplasty. Revision: incisional ptosis correction and revision upper canthoplasty. Reason for revision: the crease from surgery a year ago gradually descended, and the drooping eyelid made opening my eyes very uncomfortable. The upper canthoplasty was so subtle that it was hard to tell I had even had it done. After surgery: opening and closing my eyes is much more comfortable, the double-eyelid crease is a clean in-out fold without a sausage-eye look, and the inner corners became slightly rounder, improving my overall image.
