I took a day off and went for a consultation on a weekday morning, but there were people there even then. The staff at the desk were kind. I had heard it was a clinic run by one director alone, but I remember being surprised to see so many reviews in the brochures in the lobby. My double-eyelid line was formed too high, making it uncomfortable just to open my eyes, and I kept using my forehead muscles, which caused wrinkles and felt strange, so I went for a consultation.
