The director's surgery was delayed, so I think I waited about 20 minutes? The consultation went in the order of manager - director - manager, and the manager did not tell me to do this or that, but just listened to the parts I felt were my complexes, wrote them down, and passed them on to the director. The director said clearly what could and could not be done. He came right after the surgery ended, and I wanted to ask a lot of things, but he seemed tired. Still, he answered everything I asked. The manager is very kind and nice, but there is a bit of pressure. I plan to visit more clinics.
