There is same-day booking pressure, and a 90% deposit refund is possible up to 3 days before. The director also personally shaped the line and made my eyes open wider, and he explained things professionally, but the 90% refund policy was a burden, and the explanation was completely different from the previous hospital, so I was very confused... The price for surgery on only one side at that level feels like a lie.
