I was looking for a clinic for revision surgery after my double eyelid buried stitches from another hospital came loose, and I went for a consultation with no expectations, then ended up having the surgery!! After it came undone, I was so stressed, so I just told the doctor to raise it as high as he thought possible, and it came out better than I expected. Semi-out? I'm glad I just trusted them and left it in their hands. No regrets.
