I went there through a friend's introduction, and I liked that the director spoke to me comfortably during the consultation. But the director insisted too much on making a same-day reservation, and pressured me by saying they couldn't do it at that price if I didn't book that day. It seemed like I was the last appointment of the day, so maybe that's why everyone looked irritated because of getting off work. On the way out, no one even said goodbye, so personally I came out angry.
