I had cheekbone and V-line front chin surgery. The result is very pleasing. However, my front chin became a witch chin, and the soft tissue is not symmetrical and ended up tilted. That's really disappointing The bones seem to have turned out very beautifully, but the soft tissue fixation doesn't seem to have been done cleanly. Still, I'm satisfied in my own way. The cheekbones also came down dramatically and were fine.
