I had my first nose surgery together with functional rhinitis surgery. The director was kind and tried to make it match what I wanted, but I wanted to know how to make my own nose look pretty. I asked whether it was possible to get a nose like in the photos without using silicone, and when they said it was possible, I went ahead with surgery using donated rib cartilage. It was my first nose surgery and fat grafting, and it took 7 hours. The director went out before I fell asleep and never came back in, which bothered me. The result did not look like the photo I was shown, and my nose got bigger and the tip drooped a little. Still, I paid 80 more for anesthesia and the revision I received was okay, so I am getting by. It bent a little, but they said my nose had originally been crooked, so making it higher would make it stand out more. The image looks a bit different when I look from the left versus the right.. I wondered whether the donated rib cartilage had been absorbed, and at one point my mom said it looked a little lifted. To me, it does not stand out that much. I guess? I am thinking about a second revision, but I am scared to open my nose again, and now I cannot trust app review photos, so I am just living with it for now..
