I had revision surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, and at first it came out the way I wanted, but as two years passed the tip of my nose lifted a bit and my nostrils became visible. It’s not severe, just slight, and it wasn’t bad for the price. Still, I’m the type who cares about even small details, so I’m considering another revision.
