Blepharoplasty correction + fat grafting + incision were recommended, and the doctor did seem to have real expertise. The after photos all looked so pretty too. But I couldn't figure out why the price was that high, and I heard it was a clinic that had been blacklisted before, so I passed. Consultation fee is 10,000 won too.
