It was my first nose surgery, and my skin is thin so even fillers show through, so I absolutely did not want silicone.. So I looked mainly for places that do autologous dermis and got it done at D'End, and now it's been over a year and I'm satisfied. My original goal was to keep it natural, so it doesn't look like I had major surgery and I have no side effects. Not recommended if you prefer a glamorous nose. But if you want to naturally correct your flaws, I recommend it.
