The director's consultation is long, around 40 minutes. -Consultation fee: 10,000 won -No face photos or CT scan -First, they explain basic knowledge about the nose in general, side effects by material, and side effects by surgery method... overall, their style is to explain the fundamentals first, then add how my nose should be treated. It takes quite a while to get through the basic explanation, but all of this content can be seen on the clinic's YouTube channel. I didn't really get the feeling that they were deeply analyzing and diagnosing my nose specifically. -They don't ask about the aesthetic details (I even saw a review saying you get scolded if you show them), and just summarize by saying this and that surgery method will be used. -For the columella and nasal tip, they said only ear cartilage will be used, and for the bridge they would use fascia from behind the ear. They also said it would include a subtle surgery and prevention of pinched nose. Because they don't touch the septum or hump, there is no splint. They were also confident that because the surgery uses only autologous tissue, there would be no side effects. -They try to answer questions well, but after about two questions they say something like, 'I think that's enough,' and wrap up and leave. -Overall, the impression was a bit cynical, so somehow... I just wasn't drawn to it. -They also show before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine, and the shapes are all nice. But I don't know how long it would last if it's only raised with ear cartilage. Even the director said sagging is hard to predict because it varies from person to person. *Also, I saw a very long review on the clinic app saying that when a side effect occurred, compensation was not provided and they even threatened to file a counter-suit... so I became uneasy about the aftercare. There are people who are firmly set on this place, but there are also people like me who end up feeling even more uncertain after the consultation, so I guess it's half and half. In conclusion, I don't feel strongly that I absolutely want surgery at this clinic, but I was drawn to the fact that they can create a pretty shape without an implant. Still, I feel uneasy about the aftercare.
