At first I was considering outer philtrum reduction too, but the doctor recommended only corner-of-the-mouth surgery, so I went ahead with that. The surgical result is satisfying, and I liked that they diagnosed things reasonably. However, the effect of the surgery is still not satisfying enough, so I’m considering another revision
