I went for consultation twice, and they explained the problematic areas well and also made a good surgical plan, but they said because the scar was severe and there wasn't any extra tissue, excision couldn't be done. I couldn't decide because I was worried about scarring if they couldn't excise it even after re-establishing the line.... so I gave up. It seems like they prioritize price, safety, and a natural result. They also took the consultation seriously and did it well.
