The doctor was really kind and genuinely comforted the patient's feelings... My eye correction had been overdone at another hospital, so I had it slightly loosened here, and it loosened well. But since this was a re-incision of the line that had already been incised, some scarring was unavoidable, though it wasn't noticeable enough to bother me. Honestly, the staff looked more indifferent than friendly, but that's still better than staff at other clinics who have weird, twisted personalities. The clinic facilities aren't the newest either, but I don't think that has anything to do with the doctor's skill.
