I came in for a consultation because of the staircase scar and the deep fixation They had me open and close my eyes many times and explained that the fixation was deeper in the center, which made my eyes look square-shaped. They did not recommend excision and said it would be better just to redo the fixation on the eyes. My eyes are very difficult, so I plan to go for another consultation
