I had abdominal liposuction and hip fat grafting together. I naturally tend to carry fat around my abdomen, so even with exercise, my lower abdomen and love handles remained until the end. Especially from the front, I had almost no waistline and my hips were relatively flat, so I disliked looking straight overall. I decided to remove fat from my abdomen and graft it to my hips. At first I debated having liposuction alone, but they said I could shape my silhouette with the fat being removed anyway, so I decided to do both. For a few days after surgery, my abdomen felt tight and it was uncomfortable whenever I changed position. More bruises appeared in various places than I expected, so I was startled at first, but they gradually faded. Now my abdomen is much more defined than before, my waistline is visible, and my hips have gained slight volume. Before, it felt like a straight line from top to bottom, but now there is some transition from the waist to the hips, so the difference is quite noticeable from the side. It does not feel overly filled, so personally I think this amount is just right. It has not fully settled yet, so I need to watch it a little longer, but so far I feel I made the right choice doing both. Also, the director explained things well during the consultation and checked me carefully when I went back for follow-up after surgery.
