It is expensive, and I was the type to gain weight only in my arms. I went from 165 cm and 51 kg down to 45 kg now, and I am satisfied.. If I could go back, it is a surgery I would have done earlier. However, maybe because of over-suction or something, wrinkly folds formed under my arms. When I asked the doctor, they cynically said that I would have to get an arm lift or something and that it was not a side effect.
