I went in scared because they say the director is cold, but it was better than I expected. I could ask the things I wanted to ask comfortably...? They explained the necessary surgery based on the nose photos I brought. The consultation was a bit brief, which was a little disappointing, but I do like the shape the director drew on the iPad during the consultation.
