I liked that I filled out a questionnaire before the consultation and then had the consultation based on that. The staff were kind, and the doctor seemed to try to reflect the patient’s opinions as much as possible. Even when I asked for a bunch of things, he wrote them all down and tried to reflect them. The only downside is that it felt like only the patient was talking the whole time?
