I had surgery here before, and back then everyone was kind. At some point I heard that the staff at this hospital became extremely rude.. When I went today, the person who guided me to the first consultation room didn’t even seem to be a counseling coordinator. They seriously didn’t understand what I was saying, kept recommending materials I said I wouldn’t use, and talked with a soulless, half-hearted look I was shocked that someone like that was a counseling coordinator, and just then another coordinator who spoke more professionally came in. This person wasn’t especially kind or rude, just so-so. Still, they understood what I wanted well and listened carefully, which was nice. The doctor seemed busy and spoke really fast. Still, they caught what I wanted right away and had good aesthetic sense.
