When you first apply for a consultation, you first choose which surgery area you want, right? Then you go to the consultation manager and talk briefly, then they roughly explain what would happen if you had that surgery, then you consult with the director, who talks in more detail about the surgery, explains that if you do it, it would improve in this way, and answers any questions you have, then you go back to the manager, hear about the cost, ask final questions, and after that it was over. The direction seems to depend on whether you personally want something natural or whether you are thinking more in terms of aesthetics, on what you want.
