At other places, they either said salivary gland repositioning couldn't be done or that only partial correction was possible, but Director Yu clearly said, "All of it can be put in." I was worried a lot because the salivary glands became more prominent after contouring surgery, so I asked several times, and he said it was possible!!! I skipped other facelift specialty clinics and had it done here. But the result is... the salivary glands are exactly the same....k So when I asked why the result was like this, he just smiled and said, "How could it be possible to put in 100 percent~ Putting all of it in is impossible~"...k That's false advertising and exaggerated advertising, and it infringes on my right to self-determination. If he had said that from the start, I wouldn't have done it here, I would have gone to another facelift specialty clinic that honestly said only partial correction was possible. When I said, "I have a recording of you saying it was completely possible, so why are you changing your story?" he got angry instead... He said I was being rude to him and that he felt offended. Of course, recording someone may not feel good.. But in the event of a medical accident, it is the only way a vulnerable patient can protect themselves to some extent, and because facelifts also have occasional side-effect cases, I only recorded the pre-op consultation by lawful means. And during the surgery I woke up, and the nurse called someone "Dr. Han." Yes. I was given a ghost surgery. During the recovery period after surgery, I looked at the caved-in temple area and my flatfish-like face, and I was terrified it might never go back... it was painful, and every time I went for aftercare, I felt upset and grew distrustful of the director. It's been 4 months, and the area where Dr. Han sutured is still caved in, and it's excessively pulled tight so it looks like a flatfish. On the recording I made, when I asked if they could keep it from looking like a flatfish and prevent the outer corners of the eyes from being pulled out, didn't he say, 'That absolutely won't happen'? I also asked them to move the jaw implant forward, but they moved it downward instead, making me get an underbite-like jaw, so I had it removed at another hospital, and it turned out a larger one had been inserted than what was agreed upon during the consultation. My masseter muscles were not reduced either. At first, when they explained it, they said they would observe for 2 months and do a retouch... but even after time passed, nothing changed, so when I asked for a retouch, they refused, saying it was dangerous and explaining the side effects of masseter nerve block. Then why did they do the nerve block for 1 million won in the first place, and why did they say they would do a retouch? ...Would you believe the consultation here, where the director says "everything is possible," even after seeing my case? I'll leave the judgment to you..sigh.. That said, I am sincerely grateful to the head coordinator Roh and the kind staff who truly took care of me afterward.
