I got a facial contouring consultation. Since I went early in the morning, it felt a bit hectic. The staff were generally kind, but the consultation manager was a little cool. She wasn't really interested in pushing sales and was very laid-back. The doctor was kind, but he left out a few details when explaining things.... He looked tired! I passed because I didn't like the chin surgery method, but the price was cheap and there were lots of staff, so I think it's pretty good.
