They said costal cartilage had to be used. I didn't want to use ear cartilage, and I wanted to use ear cartilage, but they said it wouldn't be able to support it that way. The price itself was okay, but VAT of 10% is added on top there too. They seemed professional, but if it were a place that used ear cartilage, it would have been worth considering.
