They were kind and had good sense. Although they said my eyes weren't suitable for canthoplasty, so I couldn't meet the director or have surgery, I remember the hospital being clean and nice. It was a short consultation, but it's not easy to be kind, and I liked how they explained things well without being fake and without making me uncomfortable.
