The surgery was so backed up that it was hard to get a reservation. However, the manager had this clean, professional, charismatic style, there was no pressure for a deposit, and the consultation with the director was really over in a flash. They seemed proud of canthoplasty, and said very clearly that if it sticks together afterward, it means the surgery was done wrong. But the director didn’t feel like someone who communicates well with patients.
