The consultation manager felt like they were working hard. They gave more detailed explanations than the director did and seemed to try not to upset the customer. The director was confident and a bit lacking in explanation? Somewhat dry, but I think that’s just his personality. He gave off a blunt professor vibe, different from his YouTube image. Surgery could be done quickly, and consultation appointments were available quickly too, so that was nice. But there was something about it that didn’t really click. And I felt that the reviews and ratings here are accurate.
