First of all, the consultation manager was really kind... and there was absolutely no pressure to put down a deposit, which I liked. They told me to go get consultations at other hospitals too and contact them slowly later! And the director wasn't the warmest person, but they explained everything in detail while looking at the CT, and kept asking whether I had any more questions, which I liked.
