I went to Lara for my first consultation, and the director spoke to me in a tone that felt dismissive, and the manager’s insistence on the deposit and dismissive manner were very obvious, so I felt very bad. The whole thing about the discount disappearing if I didn’t reserve that day was really... so terrible.
