The waiting time was long. Overall, the hospital didn't feel especially friendly. The director wasn't the kindest either, but he explained well what kind of surgery my eyes needed. He said it was pseudoptosis and explained why, which made me trust him. It wasn't the kind of eyes I wanted, but he told me the maximum range of what could be done for my eyes, so I booked the surgery.
