During the consultation, maybe the doctor and the manager weren't communicating with each other, or maybe they forgot about my existence, but they made me wait an hour longer than my appointment time. I'd heard in reviews that the doctor was kind, but he wasn't, so I was really taken aback. I was asking about basic things like the line, whether I needed other canthoplasty procedures, and the shape of my eyes, but he said things like those weren't important and that I needed to "change my thinking," and that it wasn't those things that mattered but only the "doctor's artistic sense," which made me feel dismissed and extremely upset.
