I visited around lunchtime on a weekend after making a reservation, and the wait was not as long as I expected. I sat for a bit, then had a consultation with the manager first before meeting the doctor. I consulted with Director S.H., and since this was a revision surgery and my case is uncommon, they helped identify the various causes. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly.
