First of all, the consultation system was bad, and all hope of getting surgery disappeared. Even though the consultation time was clearly fixed, the director's schedule didn't match, so I changed to another time slot. There weren't many consultation customers, but I still waited quite a while for the manager consultation, and even though there was another consultation after mine, I came early and waited only for the director consultation. On the phone they said the schedule had been canceled, so if I came early I could get a consultation, but in the end that didn't happen. I couldn't even see the director and just made a wasted trip lol Anyway, it was a bit absurd. They only fed me information and sent me back out, leaving a bad taste in my mouth ;
