The staff member who checked me in at the front desk was rather blunt, but the manager in charge was so kind that I liked it very much (seemed like someone with a lot of experience). The process went questionnaire - photo shoot - CT - consultation with the manager - consultation with the director - price consultation, and among all the plastic surgery clinics I've been to, the director was the kindest. They measured my eye and nose length personally and told me the ideal nose shape and height for the nose I wanted (I wanted a glamorous look). I also liked that they put the silicone on my nose themselves so I could feel what it would be like. But the price came out stronger than I expected, so I was surprised.
