I had my nose surgery here for the first time a few years ago.. um... I like a natural look, so I asked them to make it natural. But.. it was so natural that honestly no one could even tell I had it done.. I'm upset. I think I should have asked for a little more.. There was only one doctor, and maybe because my body doesn't react well to silicone, I ended up with chronic inflammation and the silicone even extruded once, so I finally had revision surgery! My friend also had it done here, and my friend did well without any inflammation. I guess my skin was the problem
