The doctor was just naturally blunt, so during the consultation he simply explained in a concise and clear way which area I wanted done and how it could be done. The staff, since it was my first time going to a plastic surgery clinic for a consultation, didn't give any detailed explanations and didn't seem like they were trying to help much. Overall, I just didn't really trust them.
