The doctor was really cold when consulting... And the consultation manager was kind, but it only looked like she was trying too hard to bring me in... I couldn't tell whether what she was saying was to make me get surgery or whether I really needed it... I went because the reviews overall were so good, but the feeling I got during the consultation wasn't very good.
