The manager was kind, and I liked that they explained the estimate in a professional way without feeling like a salesperson. It was good that the doctor consulted with me personally and that they only take up to two nose surgeries a day, but the explanation about the surgery felt a bit short, so I felt this wasn't suitable as a first hospital to consult with. I think it would be good for people who already have a clear idea of the area they want surgery on and the shape they want.
