When I first went in, the facilities were not great. Facilities weren't the important thing, so I waited to consult, but the clinic was a bit crowded, so the waiting time was longer than at other clinics. The manager's consultation felt like they were pointing out only the essentials? It was fine. The director's consultation felt professional yet warm. Since I have a somewhat androgynous face, I said I wanted a straight line, but here too they said a slightly curved line would suit me better, and they explained the things I was curious about well. After that I talked with the manager again, and since I'm cautious, I thought about it for a moment and they brought up the reservation deposit. They said other places also pressure you about the reservation deposit, so I let it go. I scheduled the surgery for the end of August and paid the deposit.
