Review

There were a lot of people in the waiting room, and the wait time was about 20 minutes. I had also gone here after seeing them on YouTube, so it felt familiar. The director consulted kindly while speaking with a dialect, and seemed very confident. I've put the surgery itself on hold for now, but if my mind doesn't change by early next year, I'm thinking of doing it here.
