I'm not exactly sure what the concept of facilities means, but compared with flashy large hospitals, it means the interior and such are plain, not that there is little that would affect the surgery. Please don't misunderstand. There is one doctor and even an anesthesiologist on site, so I wasn't worried about proxy surgery, and if you want a dramatic nose, that doctor will speak with real confidence. But if you make it obvious that you want something too dramatic, I think they may add a bit too much, so when I called the manager again, she said it's something that can be adjusted, so it's not really something to worry about. I recommend doing consultations at other hospitals and finding the basic surgical methods and which ones suit you or not from YouTube and similar places before going. Of course, that's true in any case. The manager may seem a little cold from the perspective of someone like me who isn't used to plastic surgery clinics, but if you call again after the consultation, I think they gradually speak to you more warmly. It may also be because of people who just come for a consultation and leave or who bargain too aggressively. I recommend consulting here first for people who are meticulous or have trouble making decisions. They don't even bring up same-day booking, and the doctor's consultation is quite professional. There is a slight tendency toward over-treatment, but since wanting a flashy nose is itself wanting something overdone, you should keep your own preferences in mind when consulting. The doctor is very kind and explains things in detail once he feels you understand.
