Absolutely hopeless. I had eye revision surgery and nose revision surgery done together here 4 or 5 years ago, and both were such disasters that I’ve had to do corrective surgery on each one twice. Even after the stitches in my eyes were removed, it hurt and felt cold every time I blinked or closed them, so when I asked the hospital, they said it was just part of the swelling process. When I asked them to turn my eyelid inside out and check, only then did they say, oh, a stitch wasn’t fully removed, and took it out lol. No apology either. It’s the first hospital I’ve been to that didn’t properly remove the stitches from inside the eye after eye surgery And the nose was really.. At the time, they used donated rib cartilage, which I’d never even heard of before, and made the columella and nose tip extremely thick. I lived for 6 months looking like Squidward.. I even had photos from back then and thought about going to confront them, but after the eye incident my trust was zero, so I just got surgery somewhere else as soon as the recovery period ended. Amazing that they’ve been in business this long.
