This was quite a while ago lol I’m still stunned... the memory is crystal clear.. I naturally have a bit of cheek fat, but my body isn’t really plump either. I’m on the skinny side, so it was even more noticeable, and the buccal fat was obvious even just by looking, so it bothered me. At that time, TL was famous for buccal fat removal!! The doctor was a man wearing glasses, and he definitelysaid the effect would be good and that once the swelling went down, the difference would show right away I got all excited because I thought it sounded great.... After the surgery, there were staff who took care of recovery management! They were the kindest people in that big hospital. I think one care session was free, and if you wanted more it was paid.. Anyway, a few days later, when the swelling went down... even after a few more days after that, and a few more days after that, it still looked like nothing had changed.. It was to the point that I wondered if they had only pretended to remove the buccal fat.. Even when I told the hospital, looking back now, I was too naive.. I guess I thought I’d hear, “Oh dear, I’m sorry, let me take another look.” But? They just kept telling me to wait. They said results can differ from person to person, that the swelling might go down slowly, and that if I wanted a definite answer, they couldn’t give one. When I asked them to arrange a consultation, they said they couldn’t do that either.. After that, I stopped wondering what happened to my buccal fat. I figured I’d just get even more angry...^^ The end!
